About Us

Azhar Waheed MSW, LSW, LCSW (she/her/her is the founder and executive director of Turning Minds Counseling Professional Association. Azhar provides Virtual therapy sessions and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Azhar has 18+ years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. Specifically, she works with adults with Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Shame, Trauma, Low Self-esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues and adolescents struggling with PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and ADHD. Currently she provides individual, family, and couples counseling. Lastly, she offers supervision to both staff and therapists outside of this agency seeking their LCSW.
